So here i am sitting at home by myself on the 4th of July. It is a beautiful day outside, yet i have absolutely nothing to do. Everyone else has families and friends to go hang out with. As for me, nothing. I know this sounds like shite, but i just don't handle holidays very well. I hate that everything closes for holidays, because i can't go do any normal day stuff. I also get super moody cause i don't have any family within 1000 miles of where i live, so i get really lonely. Maybe it's just the heat getting to me, i don't know. I am guessing that i will probably erase this blogger as soon as i put it up. I hope everyone is having a great holiday. Ba humbug.
Well, i finished putting up more pictures. Took long enough.
Does everyone want to know what it is like to be in a rock band?? Let's see, in order for me to pay rent and bills this month i had to sell my '77 Gibson bass, my chrome Dyno BMX bike, my Infinity 6 1/2 component car speakers, and my 32" television. Weeeeeeee! Actually, boooooooo. I can't wait for next month. Maybe then i get to sell my '80 custom Rickenbacker bass, or my G4, or my fuckin' soul too. Goodnight. Have a good 4th of July everybody. I'm gonna work. Yeah!

According to weather.com, it is supposed to be a little cooler for this next week. Most of the days to be in the mid to upper 80's. VVVVVaaantasteek!
Has anyone bought the Mr. Show DVD's? I have been getting a lot of enjoyment out of them. And now apparently they are doing a tour in the late summer-early fall. I would really like to check it out, but am not sure if it is in the cards. It's coming to both Washington DC and Minneapolis, but I'm not sure if I will be around at either of the times. Time will tell I suppose.
Let me tell you what sucks. Having a blister pop on one of your toes, and having a raw toe. At some point in our practice last night, that happened. It was a rare occasion too that I was playing my drums barefoot. I don't know if that is why it broke or what. It did not feel good to keep playing. I had to play with the ball of my foot, and hold my toes up. It looked pretty sweet if you ask me. Why am I telling you all of this? Because I have nothing good to blog about. I've seriously lost my blogging capabilities.

It's like 90 something degrees in my apartment. Boo.
More new songs from MCS are now underway. We had a marathon practice last night, which included some writing. So if you ask nicely, there may be a new batch of songs coming your way soon.
Oh my god has it been hot here. Disgustingly hot. Don't get me wrong it would be hot in Richmond too. I'll complain either way. Being a drummer in the hot hot weather is not my favorite combination. I sweat enough as it is. I think I've just been in a complaining mood lately. Thats what the new hotness does for me I suppose.
I just can't blog like I used-ta-could.

Another great show last night in Madison. Thanks to all who came out. We had fun, hopefully you did too.
Has everyone seen Minority Report yet? If you haven't, go and see it. We all went to see it the other night, and I have to say it is one of the best movies I have seen in quite awhile. I almost want to see it again. I don't want to say too much though, in case you haven't seen it.
I stink and there seem to be some plumbing issues at the ol' house. Not cool, Zeus, not cool.
